My take on mobile apps is that they need to make life simpler. That’s what my app does. Need know when the next train home is? A couple of taps and its sorted. Need to plan a train journey in a couple of day’s time? Same again, sorted. Train Times is made to be simple quick and efficient. It remembers recently used stations so you don’t have to keep entering the same name. It loads quickly so no waiting around. It’s no pricey as no one likes spending money. Simple as that.
[Updated 19/06/2010] Added detailed livedeparture information including the stops on the service with expected arrival time at each.
